Back with a Bang and a Linkup

Vacations are great and then you just want to get home. It’s a good feeling to miss the routine and familiarity, because you know the vacation has done its job.

Well. I am kicking off being back to my blog with a cool new thang. During an online class I took through the Alt Summit channel, some crazy magic happened. A bunch of us decided we should get together and host a bi-weekly blog hop, based on sharing 6 pictures to answer one question. Our inaugural hop tackles the question: What do you like to do at home? Fun, huh?!

Here are the details:

1. This Friday link up with us by posting 6 pictures of what you like to do at home. Use your imagination! Anything goes… (i.e. you don’t necessarily have to run around your house documenting things you like to do…) If you don’t have a blog, feel free to leave a comment here on Friday with 6 things you do at home. Or post it on my Facebook page! Or make a cool little Pinterest board and link to it!

2. Follow the blogs of at least 4 of the hostesses via e mail, Google, Bloglovin, whatevs. (See below for cool Venn diagrams to help you decide who you might be interested in checking out.)

3. Include this cute button with the link to the blog hop somewhere in your post.

If you are a blogger and you haven’t checked out the classes on the Alt channel yet, they’re pretty great. They’re only 15 bucks for an hour class with some really smart people where you get some good, solid info. And chatter with the other participants. It’s exactly like a mini blogging conference. Cool, right? (I have no affiliation with them- I’m just a big old fan.)
