I’m having a rather sparse couple of weeks around here due to some major behind the scenes overhauling. First, I got it in my head that I needed to redesign my blog, so I did. Knowing it would take hours upon hours, I just jumped on in and didn’t look back. I nearly tore all of my hair out a few times, but it was worth it.
Second, if you’re a blogger, you will know about all of the panic surrounding RSS feed subscriptions through Google. If you’re not a blogger, you really don’t care, but nevertheless why don’t you click here to sign up to subscribe to this blog via a reader or email? Yes, that’s good.
I spent the day today switching all my feed stuff around (yes, the day- in between child-feeding and homework and Legos.)
So this post in essence is to:
1. Explain why crickets are chirping a bit around here.
2. Grovel to get you all to subscribe to my blog. Where? Here.
3. Let out a loud WHOOP! That I can get past all the yucky technical stuff and focus on posting fun stuff.
4. Thank you all for reading, commenting, subscribing and emailing. I’m so excited by the support and kind words I’ve been hearing, so thank you, thank you, thank you!

Oh, geez. I tend to get overwhelmed, so I’m not sure if I did it the ‘right’ way or not. I just signed up for a new feed with them and canceled my Feedburner. I think I migrated my email list over. Did I? Did you get today’s email? In any event, I feel MUCH better having made the switch.
