Nice to Meet You!

Welcome to the super-cool very first Nice to Meet You link up, in which all participants are answering the question, What do you like to do at home? In 6 pictures on their blog, or if they are blogless, they can answer in another format, i.e. Pinterest, Facebook, the comments here, etc.

I’m so excited to be a part of this with a new group of incredibly talented, creative women I met while taking an online blogging class through the ALT channel. If you didn’t see my announcement post for this link up, check it out for the full details.

Here we go!

knit heart

Knit. Mostly I make hats, but this little heart was fun to make. I basically have no patience, so I can only knit quick projects.

dog with ball

Throwing the ball for Farmer. She’s slowing down a bit, but it’s still her favorite thing in the world.

Capturing kid moments unbeknownst to the kids. They’re so used to me pointing a camera at them that they ignore me and I get some good shots. Knuckleheads.

Doing art projects with the kids. They get messy, I get to take pics. Sometimes I even jump in and mess stuff up even more.

chocolate chip cookies

Baking cookies. Relaxing and delicious. Always Tollhouse. Sometimes I try to expand my repertoire, but this recipe is as close to perfection as you can get in a cookie.

toy animals

Taking pics of the kids’ toys when I find them in weird little private parties. Kids do hilarious things with their toys- these guys were simply begging to be photographed.

Here’s a short recap if you are coming here today to link up:
